Damnitt

Ok so Ive been starting to notice lately that ive been getting fat. This blows. Im at 165, my goal is to be back at 150-55. Ive also noticed that my endurance isnt quite up to par. Maybe I can do it by summers end. Ok, you guys read it hear first, im officially on my new training regiment.

BBall 3 days a week
Jump Rope/Jog every day
Weights 5 days a week
No more soda
No more fast food
No more chips
Drink LOTS of Water

I would give up Beer and Drinking, but thats a LITTLE TOO much to ask of me. =)
Cmon guys, I could really use the encouragement. So next time you see me, tell me im fat so I can become motivated once again.
