Take two.

Heres an HDR shot of Miguel's new car. I think it came out kind of whatever. I shouldve used a wider exposure bracket. This was my first attempt of HDR at night. Its really hard to catch the light the exact way I want it. More practice.

This is how I want my HDR shots to eventually look one day.

HDR - here i come

HDR = High Dynamic Range.

So I've been wanting to get into HDR photography for as long as I got my Nikon D40. I just love the way the pictures look, surreal at times. So after a long time and lots of research I finally had the guts to try it out. Essentially, and HDR photograph is a photo taken at different exposures to showcase the dynamic range of a photograph. You then take those photos and combine them via CS2/CS3 to get the final result. This was my VERY FIRST attempt at this. I hope to get better as time goes by, and expect to see more HDR photos on this blog as time passes on. Practice makes perfect!

working hard, hardly working

So here I am at work in my office. Door closed music playing. Im supposed to be rebuilding Americhip's price database but nevertheless here I am writing on my blog abusing my internet privelages. Its actually really nice here. My boss is cool, my co workers are chill, its a real laid back place to work. I've always wanted my own office, and might I saw its pretty nifty. Oh the things we could do inside here. =X I would love to personalize it with photos, knicknacks, maybe a plant or two, haha, but I cant. My position here is only temporary so I might as well enjoy it while it lasts. Right now its just an empty room with a huge desk, a computer, phone, some chairs and stacks of my paperwork. Atleast Im keeping it clean. I hope they decide to keep me longer because quite frankly I could get used to this.
